The desert area in Southern California is truly a special place, from the beautiful mountains that seem to echo the spirit of the native American people that first inhabited the valley, to the unique landscape of the Coachella Valley, friendly atmosphere and active lifestyle. On this web site you will be able to browse through our online listings where you can take a virtual tour of many properties.
More and more people are moving to the Coachella Valley to experience the optimum climate and relaxing lifestyle. Picture your Second home or retirement home in an area that looks like a Resort but Feels like home. The towns of Palm Desert, Palm Springs, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, and Indian Wells welcome you. The team of Rick & Kim Jones are proud to live and specialize in the Desert community.

The City of Palm Desert
Palm Desert has grown to over 40,000 permanent residents, with an estimated additional 20,000 seasonal residents during the winter. Full-time population for the entire Coachella Valley is 318,000.
As more and more families move into our area, the year-round economy is booming. The average age is 48 years - a significant change from just a decade ago when the city was considered primarily a retirement area.
Indian Wells
Whether it's the thrill of championship golf and tennis, majestic mountain vistas or a quiet poolside sanctuary - we're certain you'll find your oasis here.
This secluded enclave, embraced in the majesty of the Santa Rosa Mountains, offers world-class resort accommodations in a lush natural setting. Discover shimmering pools, luxurious spas, championship tennis, and two award-winning golf courses - all just steps apart.
Rancho Mirage
In the center of Southern California's rapidly growing Coachella Valley, 11 miles from Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage has easy access to the entire Southern California market of over 20 million people via major freeways, rail corridors and the Palm Springs International Airport, which offers service to all major metropolitan hub areas.
The community of Rancho Mirage is a national leader in luxury residential developments and is home to three world-class, award-winning destination resorts. The city is noted for its fine restaurants, professional services, financial institutions, and home furnishing centers. In addition, Rancho Mirage offers five-star health care at renowned medical facilities such as Eisenhower Medical Center and the Betty Ford Center.
Clean air, blue skies, crystal clear nights, 350 days of sunshine each year, resort living and superb dining all contribute to the superior quality of life in Rancho Mirage.
La Quinta
The City of La Quinta is a community nestled at the base of the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains, just 30 minutes from Palm Springs, in southern California's Coachella Valley. With its small-town friendliness, La Quinta is a peaceful and relaxing community. However, it is also a year-round, multi-recreational and destination resort community. Known as the "Gem of the Desert," La Quinta enjoys low humidity combined with an abundance of sunshine year-round.
Golf and tennis enthusiasts from around the world visit or locate to La Quinta for the fabulous facilities and spectacular events hosted here annually. PGA West, internationally recognized as one of the world's most magnificent resort communities, has been the site of numerous national and professional events.
Incorporated in 1982, La Quinta had a population of just over 5,200. Today, the population has grown to approximately 30,450 and La Quinta is listed as one of California's fastest growing cities. The vast majority of its open area is attractive for development with the opportunity for planned growth.
Housing and hotel development in La Quinta and the surrounding area are supporting the City's growth. New homes are now available in La Quinta at prices ranging from the high $90,000's to million dollar plus homes. A wide range of older, established housing, condominiums and town houses is also available for rent or purchase.
We invite you to come and make the experience yours! |
